She began her career working in residential sales across Brisbane’s Inner East, before discovering her true calling: becoming a buyer’s advocate. Over six years ago, she joined Universal Buyers Agents and became a central figure in growing their Brisbane presence from the ground up. Emma understands firsthand how to deliver value through buyer-only representation.
Emma founded Acquired Buyers Advocacy, with the goal of offering a refined, personalised service model which has partially been shaped by her time at Universal Buyers Agents. Since becoming a Buyers Advocate, Em has secured over 350 properties for clients across Brisbane and Southeast Queensland.
Emma is fiercely committed to representing buyer interests exclusively, delivering strategic advice, property access (on‑market, off‑market, and pre‑market), and negotiation insight to support every client—whether it’s your first home, an investment, relocation project, or life‑stage change.
Her personal experience buying, renovating, and selling properties in Brisbane gives her a unique edge; combined with local intelligence and an extensive professional network, Emma offers clients practical insight and strategic advantage.
Off the clock, Emma is proudly Brisbane‑born and raised. She balances her property advocacy practice with life as a mum to two daughters, Matilda and Maggie.
