The Promotion

1. This promotion ('Giveaway') is conducted by Acquired Buyers Advocacy Pty Ltd, ABN 68688368970 of 2/175 Bay Terrace, Wynnum, QLD 4178 ('Promoter').

2. The Giveaway is a trade promotion conducted under the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 (Qld) as a Category 4 promotional game. No permit is required where entry is free and the promotion is conducted to promote the Promoter's services.

3. By entering, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Promotional Period

1. Opens Friday 17 July, 8:00am AEST and closes Friday 7 August, 5:00pm AEST.

2. Winner drawn Monday 10 August.

How to Enter

1. Follow @acquired_buyers_advocacy on Instagram.

2. Tag at least one (1) friend genuinely looking to buy property in Brisbane on the nominated giveaway post.

3. Complete the official online entry form.

4. One (1) entry per person. Entry is free. Incomplete, fraudulent or duplicate entries may be deemed invalid.

Eligibility

1. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and intending to purchase one residential property within Brisbane City, Moreton Bay, Redland, Logan or Ipswich.

2. Employees and immediate family members of the Promoter are ineligible.

3. The tagged person does not need to enter. The entrant submitting the valid form is the eligible winner.

4. The Promoter may verify eligibility and identity.

Prize

1. The Prize is one complimentary engagement of Acquired Buyers Advocacy's full buyer's advocacy service for one residential property purchase.

2. The winner will not pay any fees charged by Acquired Buyers Advocacy for the services covered by the Prize.

3. Third-party costs (including legal fees, inspections, government charges and stamp duty) remain the winner's responsibility.

4. The winner must accept the Prize and sign the Buyer Agency Agreement within one month.

5. The Prize applies to one property purchase only.

6. The winner must satisfy AML/CTF identification requirements.

7. As a condition of accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to provide one written testimonial and one video testimonial after purchasing their property and grants the Promoter permission to use their name, image, likeness, voice and testimonials for marketing without further compensation.

8. The Prize is limited to the Promoter's standard buyer's advocacy service and does not require services outside its usual scope.

Winner Selection

1. Winner selected by a genuinely random draw from all valid entries.

2. Winner notified by phone, email and/or Instagram within three business days.

3. Winner announced on Instagram.

4. If unclaimed within seven days, a redraw may occur within seven business days.

Privacy

1. Personal information collected to administer the Giveaway and ongoing marketing.

2. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

3. Information handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

4. Information not sold to third parties except as required by law or administration.

Social Media Disclaimer

1. Not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram or Meta.

2. Information is provided to the Promoter, not Instagram.

General Conditions

1. Promoter may verify entries and disqualify invalid entries.

2. Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel if required by law or circumstances beyond its control.

3. Liability excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

4. Australian Consumer Law rights preserved.

5. Governed by Queensland law.

6. Records retained for at least five years.
